Opening and regulation of the nervous system
Guided meditation with crystal bowls and conscious breathing exercises. We will connect with your heart and bring calm to your mind. The bowls will accompany the sound journey, releasing tension, activating presence and mindfulness, and preparing a safe space where you can peacefully explore your emotions and internal processes.
Guided talk and reflection
In this block, we combine theory and practice so you can understand and apply the concepts; you will learn to understand your internal process before putting it into action.
- Psychological and bioneuroemotional framework: we will explore how your mind and emotions influence your self-esteem and relationships, using tools based on cognitive psychology and Bioneuroemotion to identify limiting thoughts and regulate difficult emotions.

Transformation of internal dialogue: practical exercises to recognize critical or self-limiting patterns and learn to replace them with more realistic and compassionate messages toward yourself.
Self-exploration and activation workbook
Here we move from learning to concrete practice. Everything is integrated into a practical workbook that you can take home and use after the workshop as a guide to reinforce your process. It includes:

Your guide will be a psychologist, specialist in Bioneuroemotion, and self-discovery mentor for women.
With training in tools based on cognitive-behavioral psychology, emotional regulation, and belief work, she integrates science and awareness into experiences designed to generate real transformation.
Certified guide for women's circles and certified mentor in female personal development processes. She has facilitated over 30 in-person gatherings, including workshops, circles, and experiential activities, accompanying women through processes of breakup, migration, personal reconnection, and mental expansion.
Her approach integrates professional structure with human depth.
She works from self-awareness as a sustained practice, not just fleeting motivation.
As a Latina migrant woman, she has gone through personal processes of emotional reconstruction that today support her work with authenticity and coherence. Her mission is to create spaces where women can understand their inner world, strengthen their self-esteem, reclaim their personal power, and build a more conscious relationship with themselves.
She defines herself as a lifelong learner, passionate about the inner world and about helping other women blossom from within.
Why is it a unique course?
This course integrates evidence-based professional psychological tools (CBT, ACT, and emotional regulation) with carefully designed symbolic artistic experiences to facilitate deep processes of self-knowledge, transformation, and emotional well-being.
These are not motivational workshops or isolated creative activities. They are structured experiences, with a theoretical foundation and practical application, where each exercise has a clear psychological intention oriented towards reflection, emotional integration, and personal growth.
Through symbolic rituals such as creating a mindful bouquet or intentionally carving a gourd, participants transform internal learnings into tangible experiences that promote self-awareness, the activation of new behaviors, and the building of commitments aligned with their values. These practices allow for the creative representation of thoughts, emotions, decisions, and intentions, facilitating processes of integration, release, and personal renewal.
The intimate group format guarantees depth, psychological safety, emotional containment, and close accompaniment.
